I noticed it the 4-koma signifies the fact that Kyomoto by now noticed Fujino as their hero, they failed to have to actually help save them from an axe murderer with karate for that still to be accurate in the actual world. So I took the 4-koma as metaphorical rather then literal, with it straight referencing Fujino's 'Let's say' headcannon exactly
